- As the customer, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets, and prompt payment of balances due.
- For all one-time cleanings and initial cleanings – we will bag the waste and place it in your dumpster. If no dumpster is provided, we will bag in black bags and place them on the curb for your local trash to pick up or next to the house.
- Lawn Mowing, if you have lawn mowing as an additional service we ask that you keep all dogs inside upon arrival. This is for your dog’s safety. For some reason, they love to attack the trimmer. We are not responsible for any damages that may happen during a mow. Such as flying rocks at cars, windows, or damaged sprinkler heads. If your sprinkler heads are above ground, you might want to make us aware. We can not mow weeds. You can request the add-on service for weed removal.
- Snow Removal, if you have snow removal as an additional service, we go out on a 1″ (one inch) tolerance. If a storm comes in we wait until the storm is about 80% finished and then we start the route. If you want us to throw Ice Melt, please let us know but it will be a $20 charge. We are not responsible for any damages that may happen during snow plowing. Such as broken sprinkler heads, broken light fixtures or landscape.
- Weed Removal is a service we provide on Saturdays and the prices listed are just estimates. Once you add on weed removal as a service, the day we come out to clean your yard for dog waste we will take a look at what needs to be done and give you a quote, and put you on the schedule. Just because you request the service, does not mean we can do it. If we can fit it in, we will.
- Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible. If we are unable to make up that particular clean-up and have to clean on your next regular cleaning day, you will be charged for two clean-ups due to the additional waste and time required during the next clean-up.
- Snow Days Colorado weather is crazy at times. But if it snows on your scheduled service day the chances of us being able to clean the yard is pretty close to impossible. You will be rescheduled to your next service day. If by chance we have multiple snow storms that happen on your service day, we can’t control that. We will have to skip and try again on your scheduled service day. Please keep in mind that we don’t like to skip a service day. Having to do 2 week or more cleans is hard on our techs because it takes more time and is hard on the body.
- Fail to pay your initial cleaning invoice or amount due, we understand things come up but on the other hand, we are trying to run a business. For any one-time cleans or initial cleaning invoices that are declined for payment, you are required to have payment made within 24 hours. If failed to pay or fail to make arrangements, we bring all the dog waste back to the lawn and proceed with collections.
- Credit Card Payment Fail – Here at AwwCrap! we understand that things happen. New cards get issued, cards get compromised and more. When a card is declined several times on due date we will change your account to a pre paid account instead of the post paid account.
- Debris in the yard, if your yard has debris such as leaves, sticks, branches, or anything keeping us from being able to see the waste, we can not pick up the waste and you will still be charged for the clean-up.
- Balance due, not received within three (3) days will be charged a $50.00 late fee. Balance due, not received within seven (7) days will be sent to collections and charged a $150.00 collection fee, all legal fees will be added to balance, and 15% interest until the balance is paid in full.
- A $30.00 fee will be charged on any returned check.
- If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please call in advance to suspend service.
- AwwCrap! Pooper Scooper Service assumes no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets, sprinkler heads, or other properties.
- Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
- Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 3 days.
- By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.

Once auto pay is setup AwwCrap! will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. If you did not onboard yourself through the instant quote button on our website, we will create an account on your behalf after you have spoken to a AwwCrap! representative. We will then send your login info to your email. The process to sign up is simple and takes under two minutes. Inside of your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, records of past cleanups, and you can link your credit/debit card into the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
Note:
Your card will need to be linked to your account by the time we arrive at your home. If your card is not connected by this time, we will attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date. Depending on the time of year, this could be weeks out. Do you bill monthly?
Yes: Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.
Note:
You will be billed for the remainder of the month along with the initial cleanup if engaging in recurring services!
Next payment is due the 1st of the following month.

John signed up for weekly services and we will begin the initial cleanup followed by every Tuesday cleanups on 3/15/2022. He is paying $80 per month for Every Tuesday Cleanups.
The agreed rate for the spring cleanup is $100. On the first cleanup (3/15/2022), John will be billed for the first cleanup (100) and the remainder of the month (2 more cleanups) on 3/15/2022.

Remainder of March Cleanups (3/22, 3/29): $40
Total: $140
Next Payments to Be Processed:
4/1: $80 (Recurring Cleanups)

If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed. Services billed for the month are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we are more than happy to clean for the remainder of the month for you if needed.
AwwCrap! uses the data we collect to operate our business, analyze performance, and continue to provide 5-star service. By accepting the terms and conditions, you give AwwCrap! permission to use collected information for advertising and marketing purposes. This may include sending promotional communications, targeting advertising, and presenting you with relevant offers.
What time will you be at my home?
With respect to scheduling, we are unable to provide a timeframe on your scoop day. We have many yards to clean, and our routes are constantly being optimized for efficiency. This also helps keep our rates low for you! Our routes run from around 7am to dark.
Communication is important and you will always receive notice via text when we are on the way. We provide about 60 minutes notice, so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on the way text. We don’t want to bother you at 6am. Your scoop day will be the same day each week. If your service day ever changes, we will always communicate with you in advance.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with the doggies in the yard as long as they are very friendly. Our team loves all animals – it’s why we started AwwCrap! Once the cleanup is completed, we will send a notification that your cleanup has been completed.
Note: If our staff has never met your dogs before and you are home, please let the technician know ahead of time that you will be letting the dogs out for an introduction. We don’t want to startle anyone!
What Happens If my Service Day is on a Holiday?
Great question! If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double dooty the following week. You will still be charged due to 2 weeks of accumulated poo in the yard.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We disinfect our equipment after each cleanup with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
